Book Haul #1

Hello Bookaholics!

Last week, I went to Al Kitab library to buy some books and I did, and I returned again a week later to buy some more. Also, I went to this old book shop for used books and bought a couple of books.
(I will include the prices of the books at the end of the post)

P.S. Here in Tunisia, it's rare to find books in English because it is a third language here. So, I excuse my over-excitement.

1- The Fault In Our Stars By the one and only John Green.

I read this book on January but I didn't have the physical copy so I needed to get one. One thing that bugs me though is that I didn't want this cover. I wanted the real one, the blue and with the clouds, but my options were limited. :(
On the other hand, this copy has some pictures from the movie. It's pretty cool.

2- The Divergent series by Veronica Roth.

Again, I read the whole series and I cried A LOT. I actually recommended this series in my series recommendation which you can see HERE.  And again, I didn't have the physical copies and when I saw them, I literally jumped and grabbed them from the shelf in the library.
But seriously guys, if you haven't read this series yet, you should. It's A-freaking-MAZING.

3- Let it Snow by John Green, Maureen Johnson and Lauren Myracle.

4- An Abundance Of Katherines by John Green.

5- Will Grayson, Will Grayson By John Green and David Leuithan.

I have to confess something. After I read the fault in our stars, I set a goal to read ALL of John Green's books.

6- Confessions Of A Male Nurse by Michael Alexander.

That is all I got from Al-kitab. These are the two used books I got:

7- Life As We Knew It by Susan Beth Pfeffer.

I couldn't believe I could find this one. It has been on my TBR list for a very long time and I heard amazing things about it. I can't wait to read it.

8- Valiant by Holly Black.

I have no idea what this book is about. To be honest, I bought it for three reasons.
a- It says it's from a new york times bestselling author
b- It says it's a modern tale of faerie
c- I love the cover.
Seriously, look at the cover. It's shiny and it has a sword. I think I'll love it. I know I shouldn't be judging from the cover but I can't help it. Also, it is in hard cover! And look how amazing it looks naked:

And that is my book haul. I'll post reviews as soon as I finish each of them. Until then keep reading.
